Orders & Account
To create an account, click on the person icon (on desktop) or select the “Create Account” option from the menu on your smartphone. After entering your email address, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a code, which you’ll need to enter to activate your account.
Once you’ve placed your first order, your address will be saved automatically, making your next purchase even faster. In your account, you can manage your addresses, view your orders, or return items at any time.
If you no longer need your account, you can delete it at any time directly from your profile.
To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, changes can no longer be made once it has been submitted.
However, once your package has been shipped, you can adjust the delivery address or redirect the parcel through the carrier. These options become available as soon as you receive your tracking information.
If an item you like is out of stock, we recommend checking our website or social media channels regularly.
Alternatively, you can subscribe to our newsletter to be instantly informed about restocks and exclusive offers.
Shipping & Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. This allows you to check the delivery status at any time via the designated shipping provider.

Returns & Complaints
To start a return, please first submit a return request in your customer account. Simply go to the RETURNS section and select the items you’d like to return.
If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one now to keep track of your orders.
PROFIL WIDERRUF & RÜCKGABE.
Returns with us are simple and straightforward. Visit your PROFILE to view your orders and follow the steps provided there.
Please make sure that all items are returned in their original packaging, clean, and undamaged. Since all products are carefully inspected before shipping, we cannot issue refunds for items returned in a damaged condition.

Your return may take up to 14 days to reach us. Once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If you have any questions about your return, please have your return receipt ready when contacting us.
For returns, a return fee of €3.00 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If an item has been damaged by you, unfortunately we cannot accept the return or issue a refund.
However, if only the product packaging is damaged, you will still receive a full refund.
Please handle all products with care to ensure they remain in perfect condition and can be returned without any issues.
